As part of my Marks and Meditation series on Instagram (#marksandmeditation), I decided to begin incorporating illustrations of some of the tools I use in my daily meditations coupled with some of the illustrative techniques I began the series with (marks, abstract patterns and shapes, etc). 

 

Ocean Jasper is an orbicular Jasper, this specific piece being related to the Heart Chakra. It promotes strength and renewal, interconnectedness, patience for one's self and for others. It's one of my favorite pieces!
